She has made it clear she was too emotional to speak. Trump has also said:
I think I’ve made a lot of sacrifices. I work very, very hard. I’ve created thousands and thousands of jobs.
Judging from where most the merchandise he puts his name on is made and his applications to import foreign workers at relatively low wages, it is doubtful many of the beneficiaries are American. Nor has he sacrificed anything remotely comparable to the Khans.
